This month we are pleased to have the return of Brad Davis as our speaker!  Brad is an accomplished Country/Folk singer/songwriter, producer and studio musician.  He was a member of Marty Stuart's road band and has also performed with Earl Scruggs, Sam Bush, Billy bob Thornton and several other country and musical acts and has written songs for artists like Tim McGraw and Billy Bob Thornton. In addition, Brad has toured, recorded or written with major artists like Willie Nelson, Emmylou Harris, Pam Tillis, The Forester Sisters, Tommy Shaw, Styxx, David Lee Roth, Van Halen, and the Sweethearts of the Rodeo.  Brad always has lots of interesting things to say about the music business so let's be sure to give him a warm DSA welcome!

Also, be sure to get in your songs to be critiqued by industry pros Barbe McMillen and Joe Milton and considered for the 2022 Member Song Contest and Songwriter of the Year.  Please Note: You must go to the Dallas Songwriters website (see link below) to enter your song, or you can play them live.  When you go to the website look for "Forms" on the upper right-hand corner of the page then point to "Song Critiques" and the form will show up.  You can type in the lyrics or cut & paste.  For the song audio go to "Choose File" and load your audio file(s).  You can pay online via the critique form, and the cost is $10 per song. https://dallassongwriters.org/song-critique/
